Method 1:
Step1: Download and install VLC Player
Step2: Open VLC Player and Select Tools > Preferences
Step3: A new window is opened [Preferences Windows], Select the video button on the left.
Step4: In the Video Settings Window, in the Output dropdown list Select DirectX (Direct Draw) video output.
Step5: Select Save Button.
Step6: Select your Favorite Video and open it with VLC Player. While the video is playing Right click on the screen, Select Video > Set as Wallpaper
Step7: You may get the warning message below and minimize the VLC Player and enjoy the video as Wallpaper.
Method 2:
This method of setting Video as wallpaper is simple just by making couple of clicks. After opening a Video inVLC Player in the Menu Bar click on Video and Select “set as Wallpaper”
NOTE:
Everyone gets a doubt, if the Method 2 is so simple by making couple of clicks can set the video as Wallpaper, why there is need to go for first method. If you go for the Method 2 there will be a blank screen in the actual VLC Player, but if we go for the Method 1 there will be two Outputs one is the Wallpaper and Second one is the actual VLC Player. So choose the Method which you like.
