How To Convert 32-bit To 64-bit Software

convertin 32 bit to 64
cmd
takeown /f C:\Windows\system32 taking owner of system 32
enter
icacls C:\windows\system32 /grant userhere:f making u able to change filenames
enter
close cmd
go to system32 folder and copy these two files to the same folder
kernel32.dll and user32.dll
change the names of the copied files to 
copy kernel32.dll to kernel64.dll and copy user32.dll to user64.dll
restart the computer
