For those of you who have followed this guide (http://www.osxlatitude.com/dualbooting-osx-and-windows/) to create a dual or tripple boot system, creating / deleting new partition using Disk Utility after everything is set up will most likely break your existing Windows 7. You have re-run gptsync and still your Windows 7 will not boot. Luckily there is an easy fix for this problem.
Basically, here is what you need:
1. Windows 7 DVD
2. OS X USB Installer prepared with MyHack 3.1
3. Some guts of steel to get down into hardcore command line works (ever wanted to be a die hard command line warrior, now is your good chance to practice).
After you have all of the above, follow the directions below to repair your Windows 7 in a dual or tripple boot system  (OS X, Windows 7 and Ubuntu)  (this guide assumes that you are running a GPT partition table, otherwise this problem should not occur in the first place if you are using MBR) :-
1. To fix the Windows boot, boot with the Windows 7 DVD .
2. Start the command line by starting Windows “Repair” (the command line can also be invoked with Shift-Fn-F10).
3. Inside the command line type the following preceded by <Enter> key after every line:-
diskpart.exeselect disk 0  (i.e. the HDD with your dual/tripple boot system)select partition 3 (i.e. the partition that contains your Windows 7 OS)activeexit
4. Close the command line window and continue “Repair” the Windows installation.
5. Reboot and Windows will start normally.
6.  These next steps may not be required. Try to reboot first. However, if chameleon fails to load, to fix the Chameleon boot loader, reboot the Win 7 DVD media again.
7. Invoke the command line by starting Windows “Repair” (the command line can also be started with Shift-Fn-F10). You can also do this part from within Windows and not have to reboot to the installation DVD by using the “Run” command and typing “cmd”.
diskpart.exeselect disk 0 (i.e. the HDD with your dual/tripple boot system)select partition 2 (i.e. the partition that contains your OS X OS)activequit
8. Reboot and afterwards the chameleon boot menu should reappear and offer Windows 7, Ubuntu and OSX. Each OS will boot normally from Chameleon. Booting Ubuntu will start Grub. Grub also will offer all 3 OSes.
9. If Chameleon fails to boot after going through the above steps, reinstall chameleon by running myhack utilities from the OS X installation usb prepared with myhack.

Well, there you go. Enjoy!
